Original Paper in 2009
This paper is my work during my PhD study at Seoul National University, supervised by Prof Junseok Hwang, PhD.
It is published by IEEE in 2009.
Soon I will also post the FAKE PLAGIATED PAPER which COPY 100% of our work ...
