Why This Blog Created ?

This is created by Irfan Syamsuddin, PhD a lecturer from State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang INDONESIA.

Two days ago, I noticed that my paper presented in a conference and published by IEEE in 2009 was recently COPIED / PLAGIARIZED by two authors from India and also published in IEEE.

As a victim of PLAGIARISM .... I make this blog to show real evidence of plagiarism actions they did.

    And right now I am waiting for the result of investigation by IEEE
